1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player on the aloh4d platform, which is required to access and use our services.
• "Platform" or "Website" means the aloh4d online gaming platform accessible at https://aloh4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Services" means all gaming services provided by aloh4d, including but not limited to sports betting (including bandar bola football betting services), live casino games, slot machines, togel (lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting betting), and any other games or wagering activities available on the Platform.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by the Player into their Account through approved payment methods, including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from the Player's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by aloh4d to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by the Player on any game or event available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use the aloh4d Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is restricted to adults aged 21 and over in Indonesia. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. Our services are specifically designed for Indonesian players and we accept deposits only through Indonesian banking and e-wallet systems.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling restriction service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an Account on aloh4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Maintain only one Account. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts created to circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your Account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures by submitting clear photos or scans of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) and a selfie holding your ID card. Verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request.

2.3 Account Security

aloh4d employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your Account and personal information. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

aloh4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though in rare cases processing may take up to 15 minutes. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process. First-time withdrawals will be delayed until verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB daily). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following day.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your verified KTP. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• aloh4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals (over Rp 10,000,000) or if suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the aloh4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are the Player's responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

aloh4d may offer various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programs, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.

General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are granted at aloh4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or playthrough requirements) specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Check specific bonus terms for details.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim repeated bonuses, using unfair betting patterns to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players, will result in immediate Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and confiscation of any related winnings.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with active bonus funds (e.g., maximum Rp 25,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the aloh4d Platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. These providers use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published and audited by independent testing agencies.

You agree to:

• Play fairly and honestly without using any automated systems, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating with other Players or third parties.
• Not exploit technical errors, bugs, or malfunctions for personal gain. Any winnings derived from technical errors will be voided.
• Accept that all game outcomes are final. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the system, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Understand that internet connection issues, browser crashes, or device malfunctions on your end do not invalidate bets that have been successfully placed and accepted by our servers.

aloh4d reserves the right to void bets, suspend Accounts, and confiscate winnings if we detect any fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Our decisions regarding game outcomes and rule violations are final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming

aloh4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

We provide several responsible gaming tools to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your Account for a cooling-off period.
• Reality Check: Regular pop-ups reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information
• Loss of opportunity or business relationships
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Platform's operation
• Computer viruses, malware, or security breaches originating from third-party sources
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers

aloh4d provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

aloh4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Players
• Creating multiple Accounts or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe

Upon Account termination, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to aloh4d for fees, chargebacks, or breaches. However, if your Account is terminated due to fraudulent activity or serious breach of these Terms, aloh4d reserves the right to forfeit your entire Account balance.

You may also choose to close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or pending obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, images, text, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the aloh4d Platform are the exclusive property of aloh4d or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code used on the Platform
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Platform
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without our express written permission

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with aloh4d shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or mediation as an alternative to litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Indonesian language, as mutually agreed, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

By using the aloh4d Platform, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against aloh4d.

11. Amendments to Terms

aloh4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
